Operating Budget (.pdf) - Operating Budget from last two years for the
Strand Theater, I was the primary architect for this document. It is created in
excel using data gathered from various sources' including QuickBooks. There
spreadsheet has hidden columns representing proposed, actual and deviation for
the last 3 years.

Rental Rates (.pdf) - Rental Rate sheet including build sheets that shows
how each rate is constructed. These rates where created from scratch back in
2000 and have been modified and ratified 3 time since then. These sheets
represent the latest data collected to support the rates.

- This is the contract currently in use by the Strand, it has been updated and
ratified about every two years. I have been the primary architect for this
document.

Event Spreadsheet (.pdf) - This is a multi sheet spreadsheet that is used
for each event regardless wether it is a rental, purchase, produced or
co-promote. For rentals is is used to create the estimated and final bill along
with the front pages of the contract. For purchased shows it is used to create
both a speculation sheet and a final report.
